Privacy

• Your account. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, we ask them only for a fixed ID that tells us it is you again. We do not ask them for your name, email address, picture or contacts. If you sign in with a code by email, we keep that email address. If you use a passkey, we keep only its public key.
• The books you design: your choices of texts, layout and cover, and any words or pictures you add.
• Your orders: what you ordered, the shipping address, the price, and the payment’s reference number. We keep orders as business records, for payment and tax.
• Messages you send us with the contact form: your email address, your name if you give it, and your message, so we can answer you.
• Sefarim you upload: the Word file, the details you give, and when you agreed to share it.

You pay on the payment company’s own secure page (Stripe). Your card number goes to them, not to us; we never see or keep it. They handle it under their own privacy policies.

• The printer, to print your book and ship it: the book and the shipping address.
• The payment company, to take the payment.
• The email service that sends your sign-in codes and brings your contact-form messages to us.
• The companies that host our website and keep our copies of orders (including Google Drive), which store it for us and may not use it for anything else.
• Anyone the law requires us to give it to.

No one else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in (up to 60 days), one for your cart, and short-lived ones that keep signing in safe. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no outside analytics.

Previews are deleted after 2 days, and a finished book you have not ordered after 30 days. Your books stay in your account until you delete them or the account. Orders are kept as long as business and tax records must be.

You can delete any book, or your whole account, on the “Your account” page. Deleting the account deletes it, its sign-ins and its books; past orders are kept as business records but are no longer linked to you. The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep information about them.
